Our Youth size covers a wide range of foot sizes. It might seem unusual that the same size fits a 9-year-old boy and a 38-year-old woman, but it's been thoroughly tested within our own family. With six of us constantly rotating through training sessions, the Youth size works for almost everyone—except Dad, who prefers the next size up (although he can still comfortably wear the Youth size too!).
